AFSI/J&B GROUP
- The Challenge:
Since the business first opened
in 1979 J&B GROUP relied on paper-based transactions
to track its inventory. Workers took handwritten
orders and picked inventory by memory, which made
tracking difficult and inefficient for the growing
business. The archaic system sucked up costs in
overtime hours, errors and delays.
